EVENT MANAGEMENT
Event managers and their teams are responsible for producing the overall event and ensuring everything runs smoothly. They may also be involved in more than just the planning and execution of the event, but also brand building, marketing and communication strategy. Itasca has strong links to event managers who we regularly use and have built strong relationships with. If you need a general consultation and advise, or in depth planning such as event design, scriptwriting, logistics, or budgeting, Itasca can introduce you to our highly experienced event managers.
A/V TECHNICAL
We have a team of AV and technical engineers who support our events. Our AV production companies can provide advice, crew, and the equipment to work alongside sound, lighting, rigging, video and data technicians and production managers.
CATERERS
Whether bowl food, 3 course meals or themed finger food.....Itasca's recommended catering companies can provide unique and bespoke menus to suit all events.
CLEAN UP CREWS
An essential factor to consider in any event is the preparation and clean up. Itasca has highly recommended companies we use for all our film shoots and events, who transform our spaces into chic and clean areas to build and create a fantastic atmosphere.
ENTERTAINMENT
Brass Bands, dj's, ice cream vans, or movie props......Itasca have had enquires for them all, and have built up a huge portfolio of top class entertainment services who we trust and can liaise with on your behalf.
SECURITY
Many of our events are high end product launches, or VIP premiers that require experienced and professional security. Our team can provide round the clock security, guarding the location, giving you peace of mind that the space is secure and looked after at all times.
HEALTH & SAFETY
There is a legal duty for event planners to appoint a competent person to advise them on their health and safety obligations. Itasca can provide the expertise and experience in both occupational health and safety and in event organizing. Our team can also help produce a sound risk assessment to keep your event safe for all.
FACILITIES HIRE
Toilets, seating, tables, red carpets, glasses...the list is endless. Itasca can take the pressure off your event planning by liaising with our facility providers to get quotes on equipment hire, and we can coordinate deliveries, pick ups, and length of hire for every item you event needs.
